Ken Clasby
Ken has over 36 years of mining experience in equipment sales, application solutions, and product development with particular expertise on problems and solutions in the Oilsands Mines of Northern Alberta and the Coal Mines of Southeastern British Columbia. With more than 20 years specifically with the CWS lineup of products, Ken enjoys developing engineered solutions for individual mining challenges, conducting on-site product reviews, mine site attachment inspections, and providing wear solutions for tough conditions. Ken has said the most rewarding part of his career has been the relationships he’s formed around the globe in the industry, “I’ve met some of my very closest friends by first working together, solving problems.”

Craig is a dynamic and goal driven strategic account manager for mining with over 15 years of experience with CWS, Paladin, Stanley Infrastructure in construction, forestry and mining. Proven history of success by establishing sound business strategies, sales solutions and driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple dealers including Wajax, SMS Equipment, Finning and Brandt Tractor Ltd. Craig has strong customer relations, problem solving and territory management skills that has enabled him to focus on results driven success. Outside of work, Craig has a variety of hobbies, he enjoys playing golf, baseball, fishing and being outside.
Josh Lubig
Account Manager
Josh has 17 years of experience serving the mining and heavy construction industries. He has built relationships with the leading global mining companies sourcing and supplying machinery to match customer needs. Josh enjoys working with all types of customers around the world and has worked closely within the coal, copper, gold, molybdenum and potash producers globally. He enjoys very much working within the mining industry and loves the big equipment.
When Josh is not working with the mines, you can usually find him playing with his young sons, working on a house remodeling project or out in the mountains enjoying one his many hobbies for every season: hiking, biking, boating, fishing, camping etc.
